It's obvious, Rone produces his music the same way he could direct a movie. Aerial and dreamy, his debut album Spanish Breakfast already featured a lot of cinematic atmospheres. Not so surprisingly, Rone pairs up once again with Vlad Mavounia-Kouka (the director of the amazing Spanish Breakfast video) on a new short film named "La Femme à Corde". Vlad used for this new animated film, a technique dating back from the beginning of the 20thcentury called the rotroscoping (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotoscoping).
La Femme A Cordes will be broadcasted on the European TV channel Arte but you can already check the teaser online.
Rone will also play live this saturday at the Nouveau Casino in Paris with the no less cinematic Detroit producer, Luke Hess.
