Bachar Mar-Khalife is a classically-trained pianist and percussionist, later called to become a singer for his own productions. Bachar was originally concert performer for Lorin Maazel and Jeff Gaffigan, then he ventured on different kinds of stage : with his Family (Rami and Marcel Khalifé), l´Ensemble Intercontemporain, Murcof, Kery James, Francesco Tristano or Bojan Z.

Emotionally split between France and Lebanon, the music of Bachar opens new borders while displaying a strong personality. The precious and intimate compositions of "Oil Slick" released in 2010 make way on his second album for songs fueled by stage experience. As teenagers, Damien – on drums – and Matthieu – on guitar – were already using pop and punk compositions to release their angst, summoning an American vocalist from time to time to sound more legitimate.  Album track “Clunker”, which features Fab from Frustration (a band signed to Parisian imprint Born Bad), is an unmistakable salute to the alt-rock scene of the 90s in general and to Fugazi in particular. If “Clunker” may sound a bit odd with regards to the general post-trance atmosphere of their debut album “The Call”, the track is one they love the most.

The Same //

The story began when InFiné organized a competition via soundcloud to add some fresh tracks to Agoria`s coming Balance mixed compilation. Thousands of young producers sent their latest demos. Not all of them were good enough but one track somewhat fresher than the others definitely over the top : The Same`s Szarpiesz Minerwa . The track has been released on the EP series compiling Balance unreleased tracks (together with Perc and Passarela dance squad , Jozif  or Oxia )

Eduardo de la Calle is one of the most respected deejay from Spain and a key player of the global Techno scene. Since the creation of Analog Solutions in 2011, he is one the last true Champion of the vinyl culture. Nicolas Laureau aka Don Nino is not only the brilliant freak folker of “In The Backyard of your Mind” released earlier this year but also a gifted noise experimentater. Together with F.Or and Mitch Pires, he has been releasing some of the most innovative experimental rock under the NLF3 moniker. NLF3 ranked alongside bands of the like of Battles or Animal Collective, which make the genre distinction between rock and electronic tremble.
