infiné at nuits sonores 2012

Since the creation of InFiné in 2006, Nuits Sonores festival has kept on supporting InFiné and his artists. We are all looking forward to celebrate the 10th anniversary of festival with you in Lyon this week end.

The celebration starts no later than Wednesday with the opening ceremony at Hotel Dieu. Arandel as well as Danger and Acid Washed will perform their own interpretations of Jean Michel Jarre’s Oxygen for a very unique show.

From Thursday to Saturday, the team of InFiné will be running a stand at the Village. This is a good opportunity to meet us as well to get some rare-to-find records. A showcase of Spitzer is also planned on Friday - meeting point 6 O' clock on Friday. Mark up your agenda!

On Saturday, the two brothers, Spitzer will be officially this time, opening Saturday’s revelry with some of their new tracks. We are also highly encouraging any festival goers to check the 10th anniversary secret stage. Rave on!

podcast 011 - manvoy de saint sadrill

Manvoy de Saint Sadrill is the solo project of Antoine Mermet. Antoine started the project alone in his room, with a computer, some saxophones, flutes and guitar. The rest of the time, he is busy working on numerous other collective project (among others Chromb!, whose first album has been released in February).

Manvoy´s music rarely goes out of his room. And when it does, it´s often because InFiné invited him to do so. His musical spectrum is wide and rich with no real boundaries. Productionwise, he´s been "mostly" working on some experimental / ambient tracks ( “Soehenionia”, exclusive outtake from Agoria´s Balance`s compilation, Arandel´s In D#3 & 4) but sometimes goes very industrial (check his remix for Furtherset). Livewise, he´s been seen on some special occasions (InFiné week @ La Gaîté Lyrique, InFiné Workshop 2011)performing some the finest pop songs. He is now working on his debut album, and we are here all expecting some huge surprises.
